Under the agreement to establish, develop, manage, and operate the port and extract natural and marine resources in the city of Baroe, Southwest Somalia, the company is implementing one of its largest regional projects across 100 square kilometers in cooperation with leading global companies. Key operational activities include:

Creating a free market zone
Building cold storage and freezing warehouses
Exporting animal feed
Fishing and exporting fish
Exporting various agricultural crops
Establishing slaughterhouses and exporting meat
Building hotels and tourist resorts
